Mr. Ward will focus on the emerging technologies in the industry and methane mitigation efforts. \n\nDate: Tuesday\, June 22nd\nTime: 11:30am – 1:00pm\nLocation: Midland Petroleum Club\, Wildcatter Room\nSpeaker: Robert Ward\, Ward Business Development & Consulting\nCost: $35 members and $40 for guests (credit cards and cash accepted)\nRSVP to info@ngspb.comor through the website https://ngspb.com/events/.\n\n  \nBio – Robert Ward \nA native of Texas\, Robert has been part of the oil & gas industry for almost 30 years focusing on problem solving and various technology initiatives in the realm of measurement operations\, production optimization\, enterprise SCADA\, telemetry\, and connectivity.  He spent 15 years in automation where he helped launch and pioneer the adoption of Control Microsystems’ SCADAPack\, Accutech Wireless\, and ClearSCADA.  Shortly after being acquired by Schneider Electric\, Robert several years in the Middle East\, India\, and Latin America launching Oleumtech into those new regions.  In May 2017 Robert formed Ward Business Development & Consulting (Ward BDC) where he has been working with progressive Oil & Gas operators and service companies to chart a path of innovation adoption with new pervasive sensing technologies\, Edge compute\, field connectivity\, and problematic WiFi deployments in hazardous locations. \nWith industry emphasis shifting towards Responsibly Sourced\, or Certified Gas\, and more specifically continuous methane monitoring\, Robert has partnered with Kuva Systems to address the market with a low cost\, visual\, continuous methane & VOC monitoring technology. \n
