Mr. McCrary will speak about the pivotal role the Permian Basin Area Foundation plays in the community\, and the impact the robust economic growth has had on the Permian Basin. \nDate: Tuesday\, April 9th \nTime: 11:30am – 1:00pm \nLocation: Midland Petroleum Club \nSpeaker: Guy McCrary \nCost: $35 members and $40 for guests (credit cards and cash accepted) \nRSVP to info@ngspb.com or through the website. \nBio – Guy McCrary \nMcCrary has served as the foundation’s vice president and chief operating officer since 2001. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A& M University and a master’s degree from the University of Central Texas. \nMcCrary came to Midland in 1979 and has been active in various civic and community activities. Among them include serving as Precinct 2 Commissioner from 1987 to 1998. McCrary has also served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1979 and since living in Midland has worked in banking\, real estate\, oil and gas\, marketing and management consulting.
