He also served as Vice President\, Commercial and Business Development – West Texas of Targa Pipeline between March 2015 and June 2015. Mr. Latham previously served as Vice President of Atlas Pipeline Partners GP\, LLC\, which was acquired by the Partnership in February 2015. Additionally\, Mr. Latham has held various management roles at Union Texas Petroleum\, Western Gas Resources\, and Anadarko Petroleum.
