With over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Paul brings a unique blend of upstream operations expertise and innovative problem-solving to the energy sector. Paul holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering, and his career has spanned a wide range of roles—from traditional field operations to pioneering flare gas-to-Bitcoin mining projects throughout the Permian Basin.

Paul is passionate about responsible energy development, leveraging technology to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Outside of work, Paul is a husband, proud father of two amazing daughters, and a Christ follower committed to living with purpose and integrity.
